Our Story
Tackling Alzheimer's, one mile at a time.
Miles for Alz (MFA) is a government-recognized international non-profit founded in 2022. What began as a small student club has grown into a global movement of middle and high school students committed to raising awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and supporting those affected.

Through annual marathons, walking challenges, and fundraising events, we have partnered with local companies and sponsors to donate directly to Alzheimer’s institutions. Our signature Hope Sharing Marathon and other campaigns have brought together communities and raised meaningful contributions through running and walking.

Beyond local efforts, our impact also reaches globally. On Charity Miles, the MFA team now has 126 active members who have collectively logged over 50,000 miles, helping support the Alzheimer’s Association of America.

At our heart, we are young people united by compassion and determination—working together across borders to bring hope and support to Alzheimer’s patients and their families.
