Application Requirements
Miles for Alzheimer's seeks motivated students who wish to participate and organize up and coming events. All members are expected to share a passion for Alzheimer's
Applicants must be currently enrolled in middle school or high school.
Fill out the google form (Red "Apply" Button) to submit your application, and the executive team will send out a decision letter by the Sunday of the following week.
